Coolest Brand Designer

The ability to design cool brands and logos is always something I’ve had great respect for, partly because I’m just terrible at it.
Art is one of those skills where you either have it, or you don’t. Unfortunately I don’t so I’ve gotta get help from somewhere because I realize it’s such an important part of any business. I was looking around for the best brand and logo designer and I found Son Duong.
In English there is a saying “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” but in my opinion, sometimes beautiful work is pretty obvious when you see it. Check out Son’s design work. It’s really unique and obviously awesome. I’ve got less than 0.1% of his artistic talent and I’m really hoping Add and I can get him to help with the logo for the 232.

Ya Andy. His work looks amazing. I didn’t hear about him before but I’ll keep looking for more and more of his work. I love great art. I looked on Google and saw some of his Youtube videos. Really cool. Thanks for sharing.

I totally agree. I just looked from the Facebook link too and it really is awesome. I’ve never seen anyone with that style before. I hope that he does design the 232 logo for you Andy and Add. Would be great for both brands. You guys have an awesome podcast but a better logo would really help I think for first impressions.

Thanks for your kind words. 232 doesn’t really mean anything in particular. We originally wanted it to sound like an online radio station but that was years ago when we had no idea what we were doing. Lol. Now it just seems like a fun and lucky number!

Thanks to all the kind comments. It just so happened that I had found these great guys on Facebook and was curious about what they do for a certain company. It was just my way of surfing for ineresting people and businesses to network with and was lucky to hook up with them. I’ve been an artist/designer for 13+ years and because of the economy I chose to start my own thing called Son of a Gun (www.sonofagunart.com). Been working really hard to get my name out as a designer in the action sports industry. This is how I look for work now and with great acquaintance like the Best brothers my name is passed around through referrals. interesting, beautiful logo! the designer is definitly very talented. however, at a first sight, the logo reminded me a of Guns N’ Roses’ Chinese Democracy album.(the cover) Is the logo a bit edgy for a learning site? Or just me?Although i like edgy when everything seemed bland….well, it’s not my job so enjoy your choice.

A lot of what you mention is astonishingly precise and it makes me wonder the reason why I had not looked at this with this light before. Your article really did switch the light on for me personally as far as this specific subject matter goes. The Government is operating so far outside of its design parameters that this type of discussion becomes futile. In my opinion the place to start is reducing tax which would force massive reductions in power and programs, bringing the govt. more in line with the founders structure. Only then can a discussion vis-a-vis federal and state govts. become worthwhile.
