Losing weight. Don't eat late at night.

If you want to lose fat, one thing you must be sure to avoid doing is eating late at night. If you do need to eat something late, make sure it is really low in calories.
You are also better off eating more but smaller meals throughout the day than having a few large meals. I know a guy who told me he only ate one meal a day, but a really big meal. He was really fat!
The reason for this is that if you don't eat often, your body goes into what is called "starvation mode" which means that it tries hard not to burn fat. Your body senses that you won't be eating often, so it needs to keep the fat for a source of energy. Then when you do finally eat, it will convert the calories in the food to fat. Eating late at night is an especially bad idea because those calories will be stored as fat, since you don't need to use much energy while sleeping.
Good luck
It's not easy sometimes.

Thanks Andy,You told all things that should be consider in order to loos weight.
I just want to add a simple thing. For those who worksout ,it's better that, they drink some protoein shaks before bed, like whay protoein. Simply becuase muscels need to have some fuel for bed times ,otherwise body wouldn't use fat for energy ,and, instead of fat muscels would be shrink.

Andy, you are right. It's difficult to eat just amount what you really need, especially at a holiday season. So what we can do about it?
It's virtually impossible not to join with your family or friends all your life.
If you were stuck in a buffet dinner with you friends, a salad bar may be a good choice if it's available. Or if you drink like fish on occasion, the only way is that burn the extra calories after big meal.
It's OK to have pizza with extra cheese and everything on it, but this indulgence should be saved for sometimes, not part of every meal.
to be continued
stay lean

Hi people,
I think useful to know that our stomach is a muscle elastic bag ,the more we eat the more it dilates itself; after meal its fibers don’t return to initial length, staying longer. If we know that the sense of feeling hungry depends on the level of those fibers tension, is easy to suggest few small meals rather than a big one.

Hi guys
Apparently, our stomach could become smaller or return to normal as we eat less gradually.
If it is difficult to maintain, another way is that eat low-cal food or fiber-rich food something like sea vegetable. No matter how much fiber you eat, it would not gain weight.
It's said that the feeling hungry also depends on how much sugar in the blood. So eating protein rich foods to slow down the digestion and stabilize blood sugar might be a solution.
believe it or not!
