Hoho great things you're doing for people that don't have english as first language like me heheh I live in the same country of Fabio, so I'm brazilian  obviously hehe and I think here the english is our 3° language,we have the spanish as second language, in spite of english be widely spoken over the world. And I agree the things that Fabio said. Here the study of languages isn't something serious because we're more in touch with spanish speakers so we don't matter as much as we should care about the study of english hehehe. And that's all if everyone wants to add up my msn:don_phelipe@hotmail.com, feel comfortable to do it.

Hi Andrew and Addison,

I should say your talk show is absolutely amazing. You have done excellent Job for us learners.

As I know there are various visitors from different countries to browse your website, I suppose that Chinese people wanna know more about westerner life style while westerner prefer to get more funny things about China.

Since you guys are from Canada and have lived in shanghai for 3 years, I figure that you are both familar with Western country as well as China.Could you make your talk show just combining both of them. I meant help all of us to know more about other life styles. Thanks. Wink

My idea about the talk show is that you could also bring some other people in, like your friends. It might make more fun by more people joining it. Also you may ask if there is any of your Shanghai listeners interested in participating this show so can make it more interactive.

About hot topics, I think talking about going to party could be an interesting one since there are so many parties going on every night here in Shanghai. It should be also interesting to compare the night life here to somewhere else.

Guys, you are doing a great job! Thanks for it!

Cheers

I'm from Brazil and I'm living for a while in the US. Thanks for doing this for free.
It's really awesome of you guys. I'm for sure telling my friends about this podcasts and website.

Hello Sashi !
It's nice to see ya  Smiley
I'm trying to improve my spoken English too (pronouniciation, vocabulary, idioms, phrasal verbs, etc.)
Personnaly, I try to listen as much as possible to the language, this way I memorize things better (the same way I learned my mothertongue, in fact)
I listen to Add's and Andrew's podcast, watch movies in English, and even listen to english spoken music can help.
The more you hear it, the better it is. oh and if you have the opportunity to speak to someone in English once a week or so it's even better to improve your way of talking.
I hope I could help a little, and I wish you a great time learning English   Smiley

Hi guys, why there is no more new talk show? It is really nice to have it since we do enjoy you talking about different topics in a relaxed way.

How about talking something about coffee, wine or movie things?

Cheers

Hello
this is relay a great sites for English learner, if we get direct exposer to the native speaker and if we get chance to communicate with them it will be very easy and admirable thing for this language learner.
When we implement theory of ground then the actual problems comes, and the practical ground is the two way interaction with English speaking people. Actually it happens on very popular sites that the sites are being limited to some territory, and this is not going to help the learner.
Anyway it is very nice effort and lots to things are still to be done here.
