Phoebe, smelly cat, very funny.
Besides, I found it's very difficault to understand their speech as they speak very quickly.
One phrase is : " I think that's not that big a deal." the structure seems a little strange, isn't it.
I only know people would say " I think that is not a big deal."

I too find it difficult to follow their pace, though I felt it's been easier lately. Thanks to Friends, and two guys here.
Regarding your phrase, I don't think the orginal one and yours have exactly the same meaning.
Let me try to explain:
- I think that's not that big a deal: I know that is a big deal, but I think it's not that big.
- I think that is not a big deal: that's not a big deal at all.

Another sitcom "sex and the city", people speaking very clear and very slang I would say. After watching those sitcom and got some idea of those actors, i will then go to youtube to find out their interview for learning. That makes the learning more funny.

 HI friends is the best TV show I'm addicted to this friends I've  grow with them every season  and i was depressed when i known that their will be no 11 season
