Super interesting lesson again. I’m learning a lot about my own behavior and I think I can understand some of my customers more after listening this lesson.

Thank you for the lesson.
I myself fly at least a few time a year so I know how frustrating finding a good deal can be.
The greatest deal I have ever had was found on line by a friend of mine who’s from the country I was visiting. This friend helped me read a local web site (no ENG) and it was way cheaper than I could find on line in my language or English.
But usually, I’m not too bad at making a heisty decision because of my poor patience
