Story

Addison
I was sleeping in after a very late Friday night and the phone rang.  I felt absolutely rancid!  I rushed to get the phone wondering who on earth would be calling at such an hour.  Great, it was my mom.  I asked her what was so important.  She said, “oh nothing important, just wanted to say good morning”.  I made an excuse to her that I really needed to go the bathroom, so I let her go quickly.  What a relief to get back in to bed!  5 minutes after I was totally asleep, the phone rang again.  It was my mom again.  She forgot to mention to me that she was calling from her cell phone and was now in the driveway waiting for me so she could take me to breakfast.  I guess that’s what I get for making an excuse!
